A Revelation

I found something quite a revelation yesterday when making myself a spot of lunch.

Baked sweet potatoes with tikka tuna.

You have to try it. It is quite simply delicious.

    Happy new year to all of you and to Moonshine.

    We eat loads of sweet potatoes. We very rarely eat "normal" white spuds as we both prefer sweet potatoes. They make excellent fries when coated with cajun spices and cooked in the air fryer.
