May Bank Holiday 2016 - Part 2

Day Three - West Stockwith

 Moored up in the basin.

 A nice sunny spot.

A made to measure mooring?

With another Sealine for company.

Day Four - West Stockwith to Torksey to Burton Waters

Waiting for the tide. Its a late afternoon tide once more.

 A grotty day.

Not a very inspiring day to be on the Trent.

The wind across the basin was vicious and pinning us to the wall.

Eventually the wind dropped and we had a lovely steady run up the Trent on a small tide.

Passing Torksey Castle on the way back home.

Total Miles = 46 Miles
Total Locks = 4 Locks

  2. Thank you.

These were taken off my phone so not up to the usual standard. Camera broke back end of last year and I have not gotten around to replacing it yet!

Must get one before we go away properly this year.
