Diablo

So we tried the Diablo toasted sandwich maker out yesterday and it was a roaring success.

We didnt remember to take any pictures of ours so the picture opposite is from the Cook Uk website.

We rustled up chicken, chorizo and mature cheddar toasted sandwiches on multigrain bread. And it does have to be said it was a fantastic.

I can see the Diablo getting a lot of use whilst we are out and about this summer, when we finally get relaunched that is!!

Now we need to think of some more recipes to rustle up. I'm thinking smoked bacon, egg and cheese for next weeks breakfast toasted sandwich combination, with possibly a dollop of brown sauce.

Hmm. Thinking caps on for some recipe ideas.
